We parked at the mission visitor center at Mission San José and were able to ride bikes along the river walk path to the other missions. Since it was Sunday, and each mission is a working Catholic Church, there were masses being held throughout the day at each one.
At first, I left my phone in the car. So, no photos of the first missions. ):

We even found a bike repair station with tools and a pump along the path.
It was a bit cold, so we bundled up, but with jackets, it was a comfortable ride.
We found a mama and baby ducks to observe for a bit at one of the dams.
And we finally made it to the Alamo!
On the way back we stopped at Mission Concepción.
The trail has the same name as the California Mission Trail: El Camino Real (de los Tejas).
