0 gallons of water in our fresh tank when we arrived
15+ trips to the gas station restroom
8 gallons of water carried over for cooking/dishwashing
750 dollars spent
5 loads of laundry carried
1/4 mile walking to the laundromat
2 days the slide would not go out
12 hours straight rain
1 dead battery when we finally got ready to leave
It felt like it just kept coming. In fact, I'm sure I've missed a few things.
"The heart of man plans his way, but the LORD establishes his steps." - Proverbs 16:9
Each time something else happened, I asked, "Lord, what do you have for us here?"
I'm not sure yet. But I'm trusting that we're still in His hands.
He is faithful even when we can't see His plan. Proverbs 3:5-6. "Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways acknowledge him and he will make your path straight." (In His time.)
