Guess who met us in the Black Hills of South Dakota?!?

Good morning Durkee Lake. 

Gone fishin'. 

Watching my boys with a warm drink in the cool of the morning. 

First catch of the day. He ended up catching 6 but none was at least 15" so couldn't keep any. (:

Rest stop. Interesting architecture. Another family was eating nearby and when they got up to leave offered us the rest of their German chocolate cake. "This may be weird and if you don't want it it's ok, but we can't eat all this cake and thought you might enjoy it. Otherwise we're going to throw it out." So not weird, because I would have done the same thing.

Grocery shopping. 

Found this on our route today. More dinosaurs. More fun.

Yay! Grandma and grandpa drove for 2 days straight to see us! (:

Snake home the boys built for their new "pets".

After dinner, when the rain came, we moved the party inside. We played games and caught up on each other's travels. So fun!
