The LeSeuer's

We met them on this trip - in New York! They told us to look them up when we came to their hometown to Phoenix. And we were eager to do so. (disclaimer: 3 kids missing from the photo, 2 we met in New York and one Ky's age)
When we came into town, it just so happened that their 11yo daughter had a soccer game. So we found ourselves back in familiar territory - on the sidelines of the youth soccer game. And enjoying a beautiful sunset, I might add.
After the game, we went home with them and enjoyed being with friends, ice cream, and Ticket to Ride.
The next morning the men took the kids over to the grandparents for some fun with horses. The ladies stayed home with their oldest daughter to prepare for her bake sale. She's trying to raise money for their church girls camp and as I was going through "oven withdrawal", I was happy to help with the baking. Ky would have loved to help bake, but she loves horses more.
We grabbed some lunch for one last meal together and had to head off to visit the Capitol at Phoenix - the last one on this leg of the trip!
