OKC Memorial

This memorial is located on the site where the Oklahoma City Federal Building used to be. This is the building that was destroyed in the Oklahoma City bombing that occurred April 19, 1995 at 9:02 AM.
168 people lost their lives.

It was interesting to learn about this tragedy on this day - between Good Friday and Easter. It was a somber place to be and understand how evil ruled.
I am looking forward to celebrating the Resurrection tomorrow and rejoicing in the fact that Jesus overcame evil and death and that He reigns and we can look forward to enjoying Our Lord and all that is good One Day.

We stopped at a "scenic pullout" on the way to our campground to cook dinner. While I cooked, kids climbed. Before we left, we found a fantastic centipede - moving SO fast its legs are blurry! It was about 6-7" long.
