Hartford, CT - Capitol #22

For the first time we were on a tour with a  group of 4th graders.

Our tour guide was very knowledgeable but shared all the "how government works" information and less of the special characteristics of this Capitol and the whys and hows of it, unless we asked. Kept us on our toes to know what to ask about.
