We woke up and were blessed again by our hosts with breakfast.
We got on the road and headed to Shreveport, Louisiana to have school at Sci-Port Discovery Center. 
This is the best science center we have been to so far on this trip. It was huge... tons of exhibits, well spaced out and covering a ton of topics. 
It was even more fun because we were among very few people there. 
(I suppose by 2:30pm all the school groups are gone for the day - so we were pretty much on our own until they kicked us out at 5pm.) so much to do there. I don't have enough photos because i was taking a lot of video, but despite my pictures, this place was well worth the drive! :)

We had dinner in Louisiana at O'Charleys. (I had located this one beforehand - a steakhouse where kids eat free on Thursdays, of course). we had a big dinner and headed for our hotel just hours away in Meridian, Mississippi. (we're almost there!!!)
