Animal Kingdom

First stop, Dinoland USA!

Everest in Asia!
There is a roller coaster in the mountain.
Bats and tigers!

It was finally hot enough to get ice cream!
The park has a fun program called wilderness explorers. Kids get a booklet and can earn badges all over the park by learning fun things about animals and their habitats and conservation.
Moving on to Africa…
Kilimanjaro Safari!
This was an awesome ride because we had a great guide and she introduced us to like 40 animals in a 22 minute ride.
Their greeting "JAMBO!" was familiar from VBS at church last last summer. (:
See how close we were!

The Lion King show was awesome and Jo even got to get up and help lead our section. (:

When we were first planning our trip, I wasn't sure about coming to Animal Kingdom because I thought it would just be a zoo. They do have a ton of animals, but it's Disney style, so it's really well done, has extra features like animal shows, and I'm glad we made it a part of our trip.
