Rare monopoly piece

The kids are big on collecting monopoly pieces from the grocery.
Apparently this one is rare but you need a second rare piece to match it for $500,000. "We're so close!" (:

    So annoying that they've collected ALLLLLLL those but they still need one piece in each set!
