Here is the cleaning and cooking prep done by a disgusted mom while disgusted boys watched for various parts. We really need more exposure to this kind of stuff.
(and afterwards, I heard that the particular youtube video I chose to follow on this was actually way more complicated than your traditional clean & fry!)
